Our training partner, Hunter Jobs Start is offering the opportunity to train in the BSB42015 Certificate IV Leadership & Management program.   This program supersedes the previous Certificate IV in Frontline Management.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers.  The Program is ideal for anyone wanting to step up into a management type role, such as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Leading Hand or Co-ordinator.

The program provides real skills to assist in your current work situation.  Training will be customised, to make the learning experience both relevant and useful.

To complete the qualification, you will undertake 12 units of which 4 of the units are the core units as follows:

Core Units

  1. BSBLDR401 Communicate effectively as a workplace leader
  2. BSBLDR402 Lead effective workplace relationships
  3. BSBLDR403 Lead team effectiveness
  4. BSBMGT402 Implement operational plan


This program is designed for each individual undertaking the qualification.  You will have one on one tuition with your trainer for the duration of the program. This can be through work visits which will take approx. 1 hour or before/afterhours at a dedicated meeting point.

Train at your own pace with an individualised program designed especially for you and you will have up to 12 months to complete, or sooner, according to your progression.
