PROPERTY MANAGER | OFFICER

Our Client is seeking a career driven candidate to join their Property Management team, based in Maitland NSW.

This role is open to either an experienced Property Manager or Property Officer, looking to grow their career.

This position will see you with a strong portfolio of properties where you will be engaging with Property Owners, current and prospective tenants, undertaking inspections, showing of properties, reference checking and associated duties.

INDUSTRIAL – Workshop


SIGN INSTALLER | VEHICLE WRAPPER

This is a workshop based role offering full time hours, Monday the Friday.

This role will involve;

  • Installing vinyl wraps on various mediums, particular experience with vehicle application
  • Operate workshop sign making technology and CNC equipment
  • Use hand and power tools
  • Be able to juggle and time manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Using your skills and workmanship to complete premium products and install as required

PRODUCTION LABOURER

The Production labourer will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining a specific area of production. This includes ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and minimizing downtime.

Duties:

  • Ensure the assigned production area meets or surpasses established KPIs.
  • Operating forklift’s
  • Perform equipment maintenance and address breakdowns promptly to minimise disruptions.
  • Inspect products to ensure they adhere to quality standards.
  • Analyse and resolve work-related issues that may arise.
  • Follow a rotating roster schedule (4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on).

TRADES ASSISTANT

Our client is in need of a skilled Trades assistant to support their Fitters within a workshop environment. If you are mechanically minded and have worked with Hydraulic components, this is the role for you.

Based in Beresfield, this role will offer you full-time hours and the opportunity for career growth and advancement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Repairing, servicing and maintaining hydraulic equipment
  • Assisting trades with hydraulic Equipment instillation

TRADES – Workshop & Site


SHEET METAL WORKER

This is a workshop based role offering full time hours, Monday the Friday.

The role will involve:

  • Fitting, assembly and installation of sheet metal products
  • Detailed custom fabrications using a wide variety of materials
  • TIG and MIG welding
  • Operating workshop machinery and hand and power tools
  • Ability to interpret shop drawings and work from CAD drawings
  • Be able to juggle and time manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Our Client is seeking Qualified personnel with experience across the Electrical sector. From Trade Qualified through to current Electrical Apprentices and experienced TA’s, they have ongoing works which sees them expanding their crew considerably.

Offering direct employment on a permanent or casual basis, this role is day work, workshop based in Newcastle 6am to 2.30pm + additional overtime as preferred.

With a scope of work such as switch room fitouts, control panel work and installations across a mix of industrial and commercial works, you will be joining a well established crew and working to project timelines.

HEAVY DIESEL MECHANIC

Our client is seeking personnel to join their business and offering an immediate start and attract rate of pay:

Ideally the Heavy Diesel Mechanic will have experience in diagnostic, repair and maintenance works across both Heavy Vehicles and Plant. Exposure in road transport will be highly regarded.
