Casual Role  I  Singleton Based

Our Client has a strong presence across various sectors of heavy industry including maintenance support, auto electrical and mechanical works.  They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their Singleton offices on a contract basis to commence, with a possible view to converting to ongoing for the right candidate.

This role is offering school hours potentially 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday (with some flexibility around this), approx. 30 hours a week.

As the Administration Support Officer, you will be supporting an established team in all aspects of admin inclusive of data entry, cross reference invoices/purchase orders, reception and general office responsibilities along with additional day to day duties.

Having the capacity to learn new systems quickly and efficiently and showing initiative in your responsibilities will ensure success as will the willingness to learn, commitment and reliability.

Essential:

  • 4+ years administration experience
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office, MYOB a strong advantage
  • Current driver’s license and transportation

Being part-time hours, there is a strong preference for the successful applicant to live local to the Singleton area, however all applications will be considered for the position. Immediate start.
