There are 2 ways to engage a Trainee:
Trainee On-Hire Model
This model presents Recruit Personnel as the Employer of the Trainee and your business as the Host Employer. We take care of all training costs and will organise everything for you including liaising with NSW Education & Communities in relation to the signing of the Trainee and in turn, engage an appropriate Registered Training Organisation to deliver the Training through a mix of on-line and face to face delivery around a timetable determined by you.
Your commitment to the Trainee will include engagement for the duration of the traineeship, mentoring, supervising and the opportunity for the Trainee to complete their training for a minimum of 3 hours per week on site. Your business will be charged the relevant hourly rate dependent upon the selected Trainee’s level of school education.
Our model is for the provision of a Trainee on a fulltime basis, of 38 hours per week – 52 weeks of the year and the Trainee will be entitled to personal leave, annual leave etc, allowing them to feel part of the permanent team.
At the conclusion of 12 months of training, should the Trainee transition to direct employment, a placement fee will not be applicable.
Should your preference be engaging the Trainee direct and without the assistance of Recruit Personnel in relation to the training aspect, our Recruitment Fee in sourcing a shortlist of individuals for your consideration.
A 3 month guarantee will form part of this costing meaning should the individual not meet your expectations or leaves within the first 3 months, we will re-recruit at no charge to Life Without Barriers
