Recruit Personnel are currently seeking a Farmhand to work at a local Chicken Farm in the Maitland area.
This role will see you walking the chicken sheds and overseeing the wellbeing of livestock. To be considered you will need to be available for shifts over a 7
day period and your availability to work Saturday & Sunday is essential. Your shifts will generally be 7am to 1pm, with some flexibility around this

Highly regarded:

  • Forklift Ticket
  • Previous experience with chickens

Essential:

  • Driver’s license & Transport
  • Capacity to work across a 7 day week
  • Availability to work every Saturday
  • Physically fit and able to walk continuously as part of your position

    Rate of Pay:
    $22.86 per hour across 7 days – overtime will apply as per the Award

    Please note: you will be ineligible for this position if you own chickens or birds for bio-security purposes
