Recruit Personnel are currently assisting a local community services client with experienced support workers to join their team. With a minimum of 12 months experience, you will have had exposure in dealing with clients having considerable behavioural issues and be willing to work on a regular basis in meeting their needs as a Support Worker.
As the successful candidate, you will be joining a local team who is a highly regarded employer where compassion, commitment and dedication are values continually demonstrated. This placement will be both challenging and rewarding. Working on a casual basis your shifts may vary and include days, nights and weekends, however the key is offering consistency to the Clients in need therefore offering minimal disruption and avoiding unnecessary changes to rosters will be ideal in the long run, which in turn will offer the successful candidate, ongoing opportunities.

Essential to the role:
- 12 months minimum experience working within the Aged Care, Disability and Home Care sectors with clients having challenging behaviour
- Certificate III Individual Support
- Your own reliable Motor Vehicle currently registered and insured which you will use for work purposes
You must have the following certificates, or be prepared to obtain prior to commencement:
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
