Our Client is a multinational company based in Beresfield offering modern facilities across their workshop, stores and offices. They are looking to expand their staff through offering a Certificate III Warehousing Traineeship for a junior employee seeking a career pathway. This entry level position will see you learn aspects of the position on the job and through completing training assessments over a two-year period.
The stores area is the heart of the workshop’s operation where the receiving and sending of goods is stored, recorded and packaged to ensure timelines for works are met and equipment is on-hand accordingly.
The position will see the successful candidate learn all aspects of Stores operations within a hands-on environment. You will be providing a high level of service and assistance and be responsible for the processing and logging of inbound and outbound deliveries as well as stocktaking and keeping accurate stock records. You will learn to operate a Forklift and modern, high-tech equipment for the storing and picking of parts. This is position is an excellent career pathway!
Essential criteria:
- Recent completion of your High School Certificate or Year 10 studies
- Provisional Driver’s License, or near completion of your Learners
- Confident maths skills
- Computer literate and willingness to learn new programs
