Job Alert: Seeking a Service Coordinator for the Plumbing/Pump Sector

Our Client is based at Cameron Park and have a need to expand their current workshop team to include a Service Coordinator. This will require a person with strong coordination skills who can plan out service delivery for new installations, repairs, maintenance and warranty work as well as the ability to manage stock levels and ensure supplies are available for efficient rollout to customer sites.
The Role:
You will be managing customer orders, liaising with manufacturing/install team to get installation dates, organising service calls, post call follow up, warranty and repairs & maintenance visits.
Your Background:
You will be Technically able, meaning you have knowledge across electrical, plumbing or pump systems. You will be a strong communicator and have a professional phone manner with the capacity to speak to customers at all levels as well as being capable of organising yourself and others to deliver genuine efficiencies and great customer service.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in service advice within electrical, plumbing or pump system industries
- Previous experience in the coordination of works
- Professional communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office and ability to learn new systems
