As Retail Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the business flows on a day to day basis and as an experienced manager you will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills and lead by example in your willingness to work across the business. Your past experience has seen you manage people across a diverse range of age and experience and your positive approach sees you build a positive rapport across the business.
An example of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management of fulltime and casual staff
Management of customer service facets including their satisfaction
Availability to work over busiest periods including weekends, public holidays and lunchtimes
Rostering and reconciliation of timesheets
Assisting in training personnel
Preparation of takings including banking and acquiring change where necessary
Ensure compliance to WHS standards
Working on the floor in providing quality customer service
Essential:
3+ years’ experience in a Supervisory / Management role
Formal Qualifications in Business Management or Sales or Retail operations and/or equivalent to
Experience in completing Rosters
A professional image with excellent communication skills
Leadership qualities
