Reporting to the COO, this position is responsible for the reporting, maintenance and integrity of all accounting functions. You will offer a high degree of professionalism and motivation and be proactive in offering sound experience, resilience and positivity to the needs of the business, including identification of risks and capacity to troubleshoot.
You will have strong communication skills, high attention to detail and a sound knowledge of organisational accounting procedures. In addition, you will have the ability to work across all principal accountabilities including account management, transactions, reporting and compliance and be happy to tackle the day to day functions that a business is reliant upon.
Essential Criteria:
- Finance Management experience across the construction, property or building sectors
- Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, cashflow, forecast and budgeting
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications being a Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Desirable:
- Experience in using accounting package Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate (formerly known as Timberline Office)
