ONLINE INDUCTION COMPLETED

Thank you for taking the time to undertake the Recruit Personnel Induction.

To finalise the Induction Process, please complete the following prior to your first pay:
1. Superannuation Form CLICK HERE
2. Tax File Declaration CLICK HERE

You can complete the above forms online but you will have to print and sign the documents and return to us prior to your first pay. If you are unable to print the forms, please let us know and we will send you the forms by post. Alternatively, you can come into our office at 3/12 Ken Tubman Drive, Maitland and complete the forms in person.

2. Recruit Personnel Induction Manual. CLICK HERE. This includes our Privacy Policy & Drug & Alcohol Policy.

Print off the following:
1. Your Timesheet which needs to be completed weekly. CLICK HERE.
If you can not print the Timesheet, please contact us and we will send you a Timesheet in the mail.
