Our Client specialises in providing Reception, Administration & Telephone services to a number of business within the one location. It’s an exciting opportunity which offers a strong variety of tasks within a supportive environment.
As the first point of contact for visitors and telephone calls, you will be relied upon to represent the businesses in a professional manner. As Trainee Receptionist you will be working closely with a variety of professions including Psychologists, Financial Advisors, Real Estates, Telecommunications and Recruitment Services.
With such a diverse range of professions in the one building, you will need bring a strong willingness to learn, have self-confidence and solid professional skills.
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Willingness to commit to a 12-month Traineeship
- A professional presentation
- Confident communication skills
- Basic computer skills with an interest in learning systems
