The Government has recently released the Boosting Apprenticeship Commencements program where a $1.2 billion boost has been announced to encourage employers to take on 100,000 new apprentices & trainees.
Pretty exciting. Like REALLY exciting.
Why?
Eligible Employers* can apply for a 50 percent wage subsidy, up to $7,000 per quarter when they take on an Apprentice or Trainee.
Yes, that’s right, up to $7,000 per quarter.
