Does your business have a need for a Temporary Receptionist or Administration Assistant for the next 8 weeks? 

Our Candidate is available to work fulltime hours until mid October before embarking on a 3 month overseas working holiday!  With a Certificate III in Business and experience across Tourism, Accountancy and Property Maintenance, our Candidate brings a confident level of experience as a Receptionist and offers a professional image and communication style.

Our candidate resides in Maitland and is available for an immediate start to suit.  Her capacity to follow directions and work to expected timelines is one of many strong attributes!

Personal Assistant | Administration experience

Our candidate offers a mix of experience as a result of working within the Building & Construction sector and in turn, closely within Project Management, Estimating and Drafting teams across all administration duties.

This has included coordinating closure of tender and contract documentation to meet timelines, managing enquiries, plus administering home building contracts.

More recently our candidate has worked as a PA which saw her manage diaries, coordinate travel and assist administratively across the broader spectrum of an office environment. With homebase being the Cessnock area, her ideal place of work would be within a 40 minute drive.

Strong Admin & Organisational Skills

Our third candidate offers a strong skillset across Administration having completed her Certificate III in Business before transitioning to a new opportunity for a further two years which saw her expanding her skills to organising and coordinating Conferences.

Having project managed a major conference for attendees across Australia including transfers, accommodation, catering and guest speakers on a large scale, our candidate used her strong administration skills for this project, while also attending to her day to day responsibilities.

Having made the decision to leave this role to pursue new employment opportunities after an extended time travelling across Europe, she is open to working across the greater Hunter Valley and Newcastle area.
