  • $80K – $85K – pending experience

Our Client is looking to engage an experienced Payroll & Administration Officer for their Beresfield based business.

With the offer of Fulltime Hours available, this role will suit an individual with confidence across Payroll end to end for approximately 150 employees, fortnightly.

This role will encompass administration based tasks such as timesheet collation etc. and include management of their on-boarding portal, Employment Hero.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Our Client is based in the industrial estate at Rutherford and looking for an Administration superstar to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

This role is with a Rutherford Manufacturing company. Your colleagues will include Management, Tradies, Labourers, Operators and Truck Drivers. Although on Reception, you will meet & greet visitors and take care of everything administration, but not answer calls!

Your duties will be inclusive of (but not limited to):

  • General correspondence including responding to Emails
  • Returning calls and follow up of enquiries
  • Filing, Mail & general administration tasks as required
  • Assisting across Payables & Receivables as directed i.e. Data Entry
  • Purchasing of office supplies & consumables

Part time role 3 days a week Mon-Wed within the NDIS, This role will require an individual with confident HR and people skills

Our Client is in need of a HR Coordinator or Officer for a part-time position.

Based in Raymond Terrace, this support is required for a 9 month Maternity Leave Contract, however is expected to continue for the right candidate and grow into a permanent part-time role.

In this role you will maintain systems, oversee the implementation of policies & procedures as well as managing the well-being of employees from a HR perspective.

An understanding of the NDIS would be advantageous but not essential.

What is essential is empathy, patience and a willingness to get to know your colleagues and participants.

Essentially your experience will include: 

  • Recent experience working with the Human Resources sector
  • Full NSW Drivers Licence
  • Confident administration and people skills
  • Confident communication skills.

PRODUCTION LABOURER
Join as a production labourer in Rutherford. Maintain production, quality & safety standards. Mechanical aptitude required.

Role Description:

The Production labourer will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining a specific area of production. This includes ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and minimizing downtime.

Duties:

  • Ensure the assigned production area meets or surpasses established KPIs.
  • Operating forklift’s
  • Perform equipment maintenance and address breakdowns promptly to minimise disruptions.
  • Inspect products to ensure they adhere to quality standards.
  • Analyse and resolve work-related issues that may arise.
  • Follow a rotating roster schedule (4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on).

Essential Criteria:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing and/or mechanical work.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Possession of a current driver’s license.
  • Forklift license
  • NSW White Card.

MOXY & EXCAVATOR OPERATORS
Moxy & Excavator operators needed for ongoing civil projects in Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Our client is looking for skilled Moxy & Excavator Operators to join their team for a large infrastructure project in Newcastle and the Hunter region. The responsibilities and requirements for the role are as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Operating bulk earthmoving machinery, specifically Moxy trucks and excavators.
  • Some labour-intensive tasks may be involved in addition to operating machinery.
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts on a regular basis.
