Recruit Personnel is currently recruiting for two exciting roles in partnership with a highly respected allied health provider in the Newcastle region. We are seeking passionate professionals who are ready to make a genuine impact in the lives of individuals and families through evidence-based, client-focused care.

Psychologist – General or Clinical

This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative and trauma-informed environment, supporting clients across the lifespan with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, mental health issues, and complex trauma. As a Psychologist, you will play a key role in delivering therapeutic interventions, comprehensive assessments, and tailored treatment plans.

What You’ll Need:

• AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications

• Experience in NDIS and trauma-informed practice

• Excellent communication and assessment skills

• Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS screening

Occupational Therapist

We are also seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This role offers a diverse caseload and the opportunity to work across office, home, and school environments. One day per week is dedicated to home visits, providing vital support in clients’ own settings.

What You’ll Need:

• AHPRA registration and minimum 2 years’ experience

• Strong understanding of NDIS and community-based care

• Commitment to person-centred support and professional growth

• Current checks and full driver’s license
