Safety Administration Assistant- Temporary Role

Our Client specialises in Workplace Health & Safety and supports their Clients across the NSW Hunter Valley, Sydney and the Central Coast.  They are currently looking to expand their staffing levels to include a Safety Administration Support person for 2 to 3 days a week, for an approximate 4 week period to commence, but with a view to extending further should there be a need.

This opportunity is best suited to an individual who has worked across WHS previously from an administration perspective.  Ideally you have had experience in reporting writing and have the capacity to identify risks and interpret into reports through the observation of photographic evidence and reports from the WHS Consultants.

Essential criteria:

  • Previous administration experience in Workplace Health & Safety
  • Confident report writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great eye for detail
  • Capacity to work unsupervised

Candidates having a Certificate IV in WHS will be highly regarded.


Contracts Administrator (Construction)- Permanent Position

With an established team of professionals in construction, project management, electrical and air con they are looking to expand their team further with the engagement of an experienced Contracts Administrator to work in a fulltime capacity.

As the successful candidate, your reliability and willingness to work hard to achieve results will marry in well with the existing work ethic and team structure.

As an experienced CA, you will meet the following essential criteria:

  • 2+ years experience within the construction industry as a Contracts Administrator
  • Computer literate in MS Office and Procore
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the building trades and construction practrices

Remuneration will be dependent upon industry experience and knowledge.
