Showroom Customer Service Assistant
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position where you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience, assisting with enquiries, and helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.

- Welcoming and assisting customers on the showroom floor
- Providing product advice and building strong customer relationships
- Handling phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting customers from initial enquiry through to order placement
- Maintaining a clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked showroom
- Processing customer payments and finalising sales
- Assisting with end‑of‑day procedures including secure lock‑up
- Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with business customers
- Approachable, proactive, and solutions‑focused
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Reliable and trustworthy, with experience handling payments
- A team player who enjoys working in a busy environment
- Permanent part‑time or full‑time opportunities available
- Ideal hours are around 30 per week, with flexibility for the right person
