Showroom Assistant B2B Sales & Adminisatrion

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Showroom Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with business‑to‑business customers, thrives on the showroom floor, and is confident handling orders from enquiry through to completion.

About the Role This is a hands-on position combining customer service, sales support, and administration. You will be a key point of contact for our customers and play an important role in converting enquiries into completed orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting B2B customers on the showroom floor
  • Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries
  • Responding to email orders and customer enquiries
  • Converting phone and email enquiries into placed orders ready for picking
  • Restocking and maintaining showroom product displays
  • Performing administrative tasks related to orders and invoicing
  • Taking payments via cash and EFTPOS
  • Generating invoices and receipts
  • Balancing the till and EFTPOS at end of day
  • Managing showroom lock‑up procedures
About You
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable dealing with business customers
  • Proactive and organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident using email, phones, and basic admin systems
  • Trustworthy and responsible (cash handling experience essential)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Hours & Employment Type
  • Permanent part‑time or full‑time considered
  • Ideal hours are approximately 30 hours per week, however flexibility is available
