Multiskilled Operator
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Grader Operator to work primarily within quarry operations. When quarry work is not required, the role will involve assisting with a local stemming farm, providing dozer and varied hands-on duties.
This is an ideal role for someone who is semi retired, studying or seeking reduced hours, enjoys working outdoors, operating machinery, and being part of a small, practical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating dozers and graders
- Assisting with general quarry operations and site maintenance
- Supporting farm-related tasks such as fencing, maintenance, stock handling, and general labour
- Conducting basic equipment checks and maintenance
- Following all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Previous experience operating civil or quarry machinery (highly regarded)
- Ability to carry out physical work in outdoor environments
- A strong work ethic and willingness to perform a range of tasks
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- Machinery tickets and farm experience are advantageous but not essential
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work autonomously
- Flexible part-time hours
