Civil Maintenance Contract | Infrastructure Support

Are you an experienced plant operator looking for stable, ongoing work in the Upper Hunter? We’re expanding our team and are seeking skilled and safety‑focused operators to support a major civil maintenance contract across key infrastructure assets.

About the Role You will be part of a dedicated civil maintenance crew responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of earthworks, rehabilitation, drainage improvements, access maintenance and general civil support activities.

We are currently seeking experienced operators for:
  • Moxy (Articulated Dump Truck)
  • Final Trim Excavator (GPS experience highly regarded)
  • Dozer Operators (D6–D10 advantageous)
This role involves a mix of infrastructure support works, bulk earthworks, trimming, batter work, cleanup, and general civil maintenance tasks.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven operating experience in your respective plant type
  • Current VOCs or willingness to obtain
  • White Card 
  • A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow site procedures
  • Drivers licence (HR or above desirable)
