Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational planning aligned to business goals
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, cashflow and reporting
- Strengthen culture, leadership capability and workforce performance
- Drive market share, profitability and client experience outcomes
- Lead governance, compliance, risk management and operational policies
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and talent development
- Build and maintain partnerships and alliances that support growth and innovation
- Guide potential mergers, acquisitions, site feasibility and expansion projects
- Represent the organisation as required and model company values and behaviours
- 3+ years’ experience in senior management or executive leadership
- Strong track record in strategy, execution and commercial results
- Sound understanding of fiscal management and business finance
- Leadership capability that inspires trust, confidence and high performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, resilience and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adopt new technologies and drive efficiency
- Current Driver Licence
