Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Receptionist for a 12-month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension beyond this period. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment.

Your day to day responsibilities will focus on Receptionist duties and encompass Dictaphone typing and general administration duties:
  • Reception: Greet patients and assist with enquiries
  • Appointment Bookings: Schedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Phone Management: Handle phone calls, messages, and enquiries
  • Referral Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up on patient referrals
  • Provide professional communication both in-person and via phone
  • Dictaphone typing and general administrative duties
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in Dictaphone typing
  • Excellent phone manners and communication skills
  • Professional, friendly approach with patients
  • Ability to manage appointment bookings and follow-up tasks efficiently
Desirable:
  • Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist / Secretary
