Workshop Manager
Out client specialises in providing civil earthmoving and construction services to the Hunter Valley mines, power stations, local councils and rural industries. They are currently seeking a mechanically minded and experienced Workshop Manager to lead and manage a team of trade specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a team of skilled Mechanical trades and subcontractors
- Managing a large fleet of machinery, upwards of 100 pieces
- Maintain a positive workshop culture
- Develop SWPS and JHA's
- Maintain fleet performance compliance
- Complete all reporting in accordance with contractual obligations and client expectations
- Manage incident investigations and component failure analysis
- Mechanical trade qualification and experience
- Leadership & Management qualification - advantageous
- Experience leading and supervising a team of trades
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
