Property Manager
Our Client is seeking a career driven candidate to join their Property Management team, based in Maitland NSW.
This role is suited to an individual who has worked in Property Management previously, or an enthusiastic individual who is looking to grow their existing career within Real Estate.
This position will see you managing a portfolio of properties i.e. engaging with Property Owners, current and prospective tenants, undertaking inspections, showing of properties, reference checking and associated duties.
You will join a group of professionals with a proven reputation. The business owners work closely with their employees and can offer a friendly, family operated work environment along with flexibility in hours if required.

Essential criteria:
- Current or recent experience in Real Estate within Property Management
- A current driver’s licence & Transport
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
