A local community based preschool is in need of a talented and passionate Certificate 3 Early Childhood Educator to join their growing team. Working alongside the Director and the Educational Leader, this Centre will provide a nurturing and friendly workplace for the right candidate to be able to continue to develop their professional and personal skills.

About the role
As an educator, you are expected to be an active team member of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children.
This includes:

• Developing strong relationships with children at the service
• Developing strong relationships that support and partner with families and the community
• Implementing the policies and associated procedures of the organisation at all times
• Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service’s operations.

About you

• Be able to work in accordance with the requirements of the Children Bill 2010, Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care
• Be ethical and honest
• Be willing to implementing the services’ philosophy
• Be able to work in accordance with the policies and procedures
• Be willing to provide support and assistance to other staff
• Prove that you are driven and passionate

What do you need? 

• Certificate III in Children’s Services
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
• Keep them safe training
• Working with Children Check
