A trainee is a great addition to your business. Not only can you train them in the core functions of your business, but they are a cost-effective addition to your staffing needs.
From as little as $540/week, you can engage a trainee, on-hired through Recruit Personnel.
How does it work?
Recruit Personnel employs the trainee and you will host the trainee for 12 months. After the 12 months you have the option to employ them directly in your business or not. It’s your call.
Training taken Seriously
We take care of all training costs and organise everything for you from the trainee sign-up to arranging the Registered Training Organisation to deliver the Training, offering a mix of on-line and face to face delivery.
Customised Training
The training will not commence until you are satisfied the Trainee is a good fit for you and vice versa. We will customise the delivery in a flexible program that works for you, with FULL PERSONAL SUPPORT. We won’t leave your trainee in the dark!

I am now 3 months into my Business traineeship at Maitland Serviced Offices and previous to this I had been working at Subway for 3 years whilst at school and obtaining my Higher School Certificate at All Saint’s College St Mary’s Campus Maitland in 2016.”

A day in my life as a trainee consists of managing a busy switchboard, taking calls/messages and either directly dealing with them or transferring them to the appropriate person. My position also requires meeting and greeting clients, general administration duties for the 15 tenants of MSO office spaces, as well as those who hire on a temporary basis.”

How much support do you give your trainee on a weekly basis?
We provide a minimum of 3 hours for training, but we work with the Registered Training Organisation and the trainee to ensure they are not only meeting the theory component of their traineeship but also the practical requirement as well.
