Accounts Payable | Admin Assistant

A great opportunity based in Maitland where your experience in both Accounts and Administration will be valued and encouraged.

This role will commence as a temporary contract, offering fulltime hours – early finish Fridays!  Your main tasks will be Accounts Payable focused where you will be responsible for all associated functions including reconciling, reporting etc. as well as credit card receipting and data entry.

You will join a close knit team where Administration tasks will form part of your role which will extend to general day to day functions to ensure operations are met to the highest degree.

Essential criteria:

  • Recent experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience across MYOB
  • Confident communication skills
  • A commitment to working as a Temporary Employee to commence

Payroll Officer

Are you confident in Payroll but like additional opportunities within an office environment?  A fantastic opportunity based in Rutherford NSW is currently available which will see you responsible for payroll from start to finish with general tasks such as:

  • Collation of timesheets
  • Data entry and processing pays
  • General reporting and meeting statutory obligations
  • Attending to payroll enquiries etc

But wait….there’s more….in addition you will be willing to learn and support in administration and accounts as necessary bringing cohesiveness and efficiency across the office.


  • Recent experience in payroll, ideally of >80 employees
  • Confident communication skills
  • MYOB and MS Office skills
  • A willingness to work as part of a team

This is a temp role which will transition to  perm for the right candidate. Immediate start available – flexible working hours also available
