Network Communications Officer
We are are seeking a Network Communications Officer to join a fast growing telecommunications provider in the Hunter Valley.
Ideally this position would suit someone with a customer service mindset, capable and familiar to work on VoIP networking platforms and experience in managed service providers (msp) as well as servers.
The right person will also have the opportunity to develop further skills and certifications, whilst working in a great company Culture based on Inclusiveness, Success and Rewarding Performance!
Essential Criteria:
- VoIP programming and implementation experience – 3CX, Yealink experience
- Experience with deploying and maintaining servers in hosted environments,
- Hands-on experience with implementation and configuration of routers, switches, access points in small to medium business environments ,
- Ability to troubleshoot systems and implement solutions,
- Experience with and knowledge of various WAN technologies.
- Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and the OSI model
