Bookkeeping and Financial Management is our Candidate’s forte and strongest area of interest within an office environment, but it doesn’t stop there….. as her skills extend to administration and associated functions across construction, manufacturing, and a corporate environment.

Her analytical skill set sees her well positioned in reviewing overarching areas of the business and her communication style is confident and professional. With our Candidate you will benefit from having someone with the skills of a CPA, but not the Qualification. Budgeting, Forecasts, General Ledger, Reporting, BAS and the day-to-day responsibilities of AP, AR, Payroll, and associated functions are all areas of confidence.

Administration & Accounts Officer

Having been a business owner for 13+ years, our Candidate understands the triggers and importance in the day-to-day operations of a business.  With a background in Manufacturing, to a new position, she will bring a strong skillset across Payables, Receivables, and associated Reporting.

She enjoys the variation that a family business offers as well as the curveballs that present throughout each day which sees unexpected changes or tasks requiring immediate action.  From the showroom through to counter sales, quoting, allocating works, administration and finance, our Candidate is confident in all aspects of same.

Candidate 3:  Weston Based

Administration Temp

  • Salary expectations: $55 – $60K + Superannuation
  • Availability: Immediate

Having relocated from Sydney to the Hunter in 2019 and purchasing a home to renovate, our candidate is happy to work across temporary assignments or a permanent part-time role offer 30 hours a week.

As a seasoned TEMP our candidate enjoys the challenges of learning new industries and positions and to date has worked in industries such as Real Estate, Energy, Rail, Civil, Building & Construction, Insurance, Health and Manufacturing.  Being more of an Administrator & Customer Service Officer, her skills extend to Data Entry with a high accuracy, Timesheet collation & allocation along with general Accounts.

Candidate 4: Shortland Based

Operations Manager

  • Salary expectations: $110K – $120K + Superannuation
  • Availability: 1 week

As an experienced Operations Manager, our candidate has worked across the mining, manufacturing, and steel industries.  His last role saw him working for a leading manufacturer of high voltage components for the mining industry, but overall managing existing relationships and creating new through his experience in winning work and securing contracts sees our candidate motivated.

Our candidate has an in-depth understanding of sales and is a solution focused individual and has played a large part in project management, cost analysis and cost estimation in being involved in Tendering.  These core attributes have evolved having commenced his working career as a Boilermaker initially and understands what goes into managing projects from the design phase to the delivery and installation of same.

Candidate 5:  Branxton Based

Internal Sales

  • Salary expectations: $65K – $70K + Superannuation
  • Availability: Immediate

Our candidate brings forward an industrial based background having worked across Labouring, Trades Assistant and Scaffolding positions.  In 2019 he transitioned into Stores after obtaining his Forklift Ticket and in 2022 the opportunity to commence in Sales presented and for our Candidate, he has not looked back.

With a solid communication style and a professional image, our Candidate is comfortable across Internal Sales, Counter Sales and Customer Service in general.  To date his Sales experience has included window tinting and 4×4 accessories.  He is looking to grow with a new Employer and has the capacity to learn new systems and product.  With a preference to be kept busy, our Candidate would be best suited to a role that was not only behind the desk, but face to face contact as well.
