We are thrilled to announce that we’ve been named a finalist for the 2025 Hunter Safety Awards in the Small & Medium-Sized Enterprise category! This recognition underlines our commitment to workplace safety, especially in high-risk industries.

As a recruitment and labour hire business, we operate across a wide range of sectors—including mining, construction, civil, manufacturing, fabrication, transport, and logistics. Our on-hired employees are regularly placed in high-risk job roles at multiple worksites across these industries. With this responsibility comes the duty to ensure their safety, no matter where they work.

In 2023-24, we took a proactive approach and undertook a comprehensive review and development of our Work Health and Safety (WHS) Management Plan. We recognised the need for a stronger and more robust WHS management system to address the challenges presented by the diverse, high-risk environments in which our employees operate.

To enhance our safety practices further, in 2024, we underwent an external audit and successfully achieved ISO 45001:2018 certification for the provision of labour hire services. This international certification affirms our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of occupational health and safety.

As a result, we now have a comprehensive WHS Management Plan, complete with updated policies, processes, and improved systems that serve one purpose: to keep our employees safe while reducing incidents and near misses. This plan empowers us to safeguard the WHS of our workers, no matter the site or industry.

We are immensely proud of these achievements and are excited about the continuous improvements we can make to create safer work environments.

A special thank you to the Hunter Safety Awards for providing a platform that celebrates and showcases the importance of WHS innovations and excellence across the Hunter region.

We are honoured to be part of this outstanding group of finalists, and we look forward to continuing our journey of safety and excellence.
