Roller Operator
We are currently seeking experienced Roller Operators to join a major Tier 1 civil project based in Muswellbrook. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work on a large-scale infrastructure project with a respected industry leader.
About the Role
Working as part of an established civil crew, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rollers to assist with earthworks, road construction, and pavement activities while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Working as part of an established civil crew, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rollers to assist with earthworks, road construction, and pavement activities while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating rollers on a major civil construction project
- Compaction of pavements, subgrades, and earthworks
- Conducting pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
- Working closely with site supervisors and project crews
- Following site safety procedures and project requirements
- Maintaining accurate documentation as required
- Current Statement of Attainment (SOA) for Roller Operations
- Current Roller Ticket
- Verification of Competency (VOC) completed within the last 12 months
- Previous civil construction experience
- White Card
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport and ability to work within a site-based environment
