Manufacturing Labourer
We are currently seeking a motivated Workshop Labourer to join a busy and growing commercial window manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong work ethic and practical skills who enjoys working in a production environment.
About the Role Working as part of the manufacturing team, you will be involved in the production and assembly of commercial windows and associated products. This is primarily a workshop-based position, however occasional site installation work may also be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and assembling commercial windows and related products
- Handling aluminium, mild steel, and glass components
- Operating within a production line environment
- Assisting with product preparation, assembly, and quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Supporting occasional site installations as required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, glazing, carpentry, or similar trade environment
- Carpentry or other hands-on trade skills highly regarded
- Ability to work safely with aluminium, steel, and glass products
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work well within a team
- Current White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
- Stable, ongoing employment
