Office Manager / WHS Administrator

Our Client specialises in Workplace Health & Safety and supports their Clients across the NSW Hunter Valley, Sydney and the Central Coast.  They are currently looking to expand their staffing levels to include an Office Manager, who will be proactive in administration based support across WHS.

This role will see you with the capacity to work within a small, collaborative team where you will be self-driven and offer strong organisation and time management skills.

You will require confident skills across scheduling meetings and managing diaries, updating systems accurately and support consultants across systems and administration based tasks. 

The option of working School Hours is available, or alternatively a 38 hour working week with some flexibility around working hours.  This role is office based, in Rutherford NSW.

Essential Criteria
  • Experience working across Administration to a high standard
  • A curious and inquisitive nature with the capacity to research and delve into data with the capacity to reach an outcome 
  • Confident scheduling skills including maintaining registers and systems
  • Ability to allocate and track tasks (e.g. Microsoft Planner or similar)
  • Accurate data entry and record-keeping (CRM experience such as HubSpot desirable)
  • Strong communication skills including drafting of internal documents and maintaining registers
  • Ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Highly Regarded (but not essential)
  • Research skills with some familiarity with WHS legislation
  • Exposure to drafting or reviewing WHS documentation (e.g. SWMS, management plans)
  • Basic experience with Xero (accounts payable/receivable)
