- Collaborate closely with families, colleagues, and the local community.
- Implement and uphold the preschool’s policies, practices, and educational programs.
- Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement across the service.
- Work as part of a positive, respectful, and motivated team.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management training
- “Keep Them Safe” / Child Protection training
- Valid Working With Children Check
- A genuine passion for early learning and child development
