Administration Assistant

Our Client is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to work fulltime hours for their business.  With some flexibility available for start/finish times, you will work a 38 hour working week, Monday to Friday.

This role is reliant upon you having accurate computer skills, excellent time keeping skills and an eye for detail.  Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administration tasks 
  • Raising of invoices
  • Updating systems
  • Email management
  • Taking calls and relaying message etc.
  • Managing emails
This is a varied role working across all aspects of an office environment with a mix of customer service, administration and accounts.

Essentially you will offer:
  • Experience working within an office environment
  • Intermediate computer skills including - XERO, MS Excel
  • Data Entry skills
  • A confident communication style
  • Capacity to work autonomously
