Administration Assistant

We are seeking a new Employee for our Client who will offer a foundation of administration skills and a willingness to grow their skillset across systems management in the future.

This role will require you to coordinate and carry out all administration based responsibilities from updating systems through to managing emails and responding accordingly, answering phones and general based tasks.

Although an entry level role, the ideal candidate will have excellent MS Office and typing skills along with the capacity to learn new systems.

Essential skills will include:
  • Current experience in an Administration focused role
  • Confident computer skills including typing
  • Current drivers license and reliable transport
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy skills
