Administration Assistant

Are you ready to move on to your next employer within an office environment? Consider joining this corporate team based in the Newcastle area where you will work to support in administration based duties.
 
This role will require a confident individual with strong communication skills and a great foundation already established in Administration.  With a strong eye for detail you will be supporting two of your colleagues in updating systems, collating documentations and general administration.  You will also be 'second' Receptionist and support with overflow calls etc. as necessary.

We are looking for a superstar with fantastic, bubbly and outgoing customer service skills who ensures expectations are being met - from dotting the i's to crossing the t's you will be given the opportunity to grow with an established team within a dynamic organisation. 
 
Essentially you will have:
  • Previous experience in Administration
  • Current drivers license and transport
  • Confident computer skills - MS Office
  • Professional image and communication skills
