Admin Assistant

Our Client looking to engage an enthusiastic candidate to work within the sales and production area of this Manufacturing business.

This role will be fielding initial phone enquiries from established customers, taking details and ensuring accurate information is forwarded to the correct team. Additionally you will draft correspondence including letters and emails for supervisors and support administratively to a high standard. 

  • Previous experience as an Administration Assistant, preferably within manufacturing and/or construction industry 
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • Drivers license and reliable transport
This is a fast paced workplace in the construction manufacturing sector so an ability to learn new processes, apply them and follow work place directions is important.
