Strata Manager

Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will assist with the day-to-day coordination of strata portfolios while developing the skills required to manage your own portfolio in the future.
  • Coordinating projects, meetings and compliance administration
  • Liaising with trades and stakeholders
  • Facilitating and managing meetings 
This opportunity will enable you to build the skills to become a fully qualified Strata Manager and obtain your Strata License Qualification.

Essential:
  • A current work history in Administration based responsibilities 
  • A willingness to undertake necessary studies to support success
  • Current drivers license and transportation
  • Professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer savvy with the capacity to learn systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
